Frankly the lawsuit was a Briscoe mistake--issuing the shares, rather than stock options was the body blow--where was his atty?? Since HE is MANAGEMENT (COB< CEO< CFO)he must bear responsibility for the lawsuit. So he did--is he supposed to quit--no, but he needs to get a real finance person to get giant money we need. Othon or Liang may bring the connection to the table, but when you want big bucks, you need competent help.
