I don't know the details surrounding Monks supposedly acting as an agent on behalf of CDIV however I do know I have several agents working for my company. They are not officers of my company and are not salaried, rather they are independant contractors working as agents. Was Monk an agent for the company in a particular transaction because of his proximity to the other party? Without knowing the particulars of the transaction and all the details making a big deal out of this is nothing but horsepucky. Go CDIV!!!
