Why is this question not worth an answer?

My guess is that Gerald Colapinto of GRUPPO SANTONY, LLC., the sublicensor, might have been contacted, but, please...the Vatican? I don't think so.

Apparently you don't think that GRUPPO SANTONY, LLC. reports to the Vatican. Or don't you think that the Vatican Observatory Foundation is one of the branches of the Vatican and would report directly to the Vatican itself. Remember that the Vatican is self governing and has many different branches that oversee the business of the church.
