The increase in Authorized Shares came about a month earlier than I expected -- buried in the dead zone of the year.

Remember that Howard Hugh's quote: "I'm not a paranoid millionaire. Goddamit, I'm a billionaire."

The current 2.55B shares that can be issued will be burned through before the end December 2011.
