00144... well, I'm not saying that in complete respect to GOIG/Go800 concept. But regarding the Fu deal in and of itself, I think it's lose/lose. I think the only way the Fu deal could be a winner for us is if it turns out to be a loan instead of an ownership deal. I'd rather have a 5 mill loan on the books instead of losing the company via dilution. At least this way we could use the money, wisely, hopefully, and really get our act together and generate some income/revenue. Yet it might be very hard to convince someone to lend that kind of money to GOIG.
What's really sad here is that we're talking about the Fu deal with all seriousness and sincerity as if it is real, when I have a very strong suspicion that the whole thing was a ruse from the very beginning and it will end with something like, "Mr Fu has decided at this point not to invest with GOIG.." I mean, it's really that simple in pinkland to pull these LOI "scams" off, imo.
