***XOI and Oil prices! From February 1st until March 9th, we consistently witnessed the XOI breaking to new record high after new record high... It wasn't until March 16th that we witnessed oil breach to new record highs. Now with that said, is this foretelling oil to consistently rise to new records until late April?
