TMSH, was just Re-Instated on the Nevada SOS yesterday Dec 20th with new officers listed!! MERGER is in the works IMO. Upon searching the new directors (President – Kent A Strickler, Treasurer – Douglas R Johnson), you can see these officers/directors are directly tied to Global Renewable Energy Systems, Inc. (GRES) which is a private corporation headquartered in Madras, Oregon.
