DealBreaker: Not saying you do not know all the details you say you know in regards to this and every other matter (there has yet to be a negative about this company you have not claimed to know 100% about but do not share it because nobody is worthy of your insight) but here is something I am going to state in regards to it. The details you elude to are 99.9% of the time confidential facts and for you to know them means one of two things:
1) You are a company insider and know these things because you have gone through the files etc. and have learned them first hand. If this is the case then you slowly leaking and/or stating knowledge of these things is a matter of criminal investigation because not only should you not know all the facts you claim to know you should never use these confidential facts to discredit someone.
2) Someone who does know these facts have shared them with you, either Peter, legal counsal in regards to his criminal proceedings, etc have given you these facts. If that is the case then they and you are breaking the law in regards to this information.
None of the information, or the details thereof, is information that can be gained by asking open ended questions etc. No matter which way you look at it this it is insider trading and is not only criminal it should be investigated by the SEC and the Feds already charging Peter.
Cowboy if I were you I would forward all the information you have in regards to this to the investigators looking into Peter so they will know of the other criminal activities he is a part of and amend the complaint or file new charges against him and all others associated with this matter.
