Rangel was FOUND GUILTY BY THE HOUSE ETHICS COMMITTEE - very, very different than being found GUILTY of money laundering by a jury in a court of law!
DeLay and Jefferson were not merely "stupid" - they knowingly engaged in criminal behavior.
