"ORDERED this 20th day of December, 2010, that the Court directs the parties to confer and advise the Court on or before December 29, 2010, whether they will agree to extend the deadline for approval of the Global Settlement Agreement to January 31, 2011."

She is basically asking should I even consider the POR because if you don't extend the deadline the POR is dead and my decision is moot.
