In light of this finding news why isn't TECO's pps trading like ERHE?

If the 9 million is secure, they would appear to have cash to complete the Kansas purchase and begin drilling in Belize. They will have proven, producing assets in Kansas and Belize upside potential.

This PR answers my two big questions regarding their immediate future. All that is left is to hit oil in Belize.
