$400 million seems a bit excessive to me. I wonder where they're getting their numbers from? PSNH will be countering this with their own numbers I imagine very soon in order to limit any fallout from this report. The PPA very well might need to be revised, no big deal IMO as long as the numbers can be change to benefit everyone. The only thing I wonder is whether or not the PUC will now have the impression that PSNH was deliberately trying to put the screws to the residents of NH. There is a trust factor involved here that could have an impact on any decision.
