EXCEL- I've always been under the impression that the 30 day time period for reporting a material event was for stocks listed on the Nasdaq. I wasn't aware that the 30 day rule applied to BB stocks. However, as so often is the case, I could be wrong.

Also, in regards to beta testing and the LU results just being released, I can definitely see pengy's point. In fact he's probably right. But I think it's also possible that they put off the LU results intentionally until such a time as the field testing was underway and looking good so as not to call attention to the company until they were certain that they had a marketable product. I guess time will tell the story on this one.

A question for the board: When the fall trade show occurs, will NV need to have a finished product ready for production or will it be sufficient to have field testing results only? If the latter is the case, will they merely have to be ready to start "custom designing" equipment for anyone that shows an interest?
