Short term, the USD appears to have hit a local bottom around 104 and is turning up for a re-trace off the lows, moving towards the 50% level at 106.50 (currently a bit above 105).

The USD normally moves in concert with equities, so we may see some sideways to up movement over the next couple of days in the indices.
