Claiming a Loss for Worthless Securities. I have been with this stock for well over 4yrs. You can't claim this particular loss for stock until it's worthless.Completely worthless.This can only happen when SLJB is delisted, which means you can no longer sell these shares in a normal transaction. With the recent official OSC findings, this is headed toward a worthless security. Do you foresee this being delisted by the SEC in 2011 and if so how can we help expedite this? It does not pleasure me to say this, but it is, after all, a reality.
