I'll explain it again. One firm felt the credits could be counted as assets, the more recent disagreed and said they couldn't, they were still worth 10 million until they started to use some of them. The filings are with the SEC, if you have an issue then ethically I would think you have a responsibility to call the SEC and provide them with your "proof". Perhaps you should read the amended filings first.
