Again, he likely didn't have a seal at the time the first NI was done. Licensed geologists are not required to use a seal. They are only required to do so IF they have one. As far as D. Brown goes, you're making negative assumptions again. The website being under construction and the owner's information not being listed (extremely common) means nothing. I'll say this one more time. I have given you Dave Brown's phone number, as referenced by a government website, and you have failed to use it. Why are you so dead set on not calling him and asking yourself? I'm sure he would be happy to provide proof to your liking, but you seem to be opposed to any kind of proof contrary to your theories.
