Brown and news paper article-IMO this does not mean Brown was an employee of Dutch. Given Dutch's limited financial resources I would be very surprised if Brown was an employee.

Even if he was a Dutch employee he would not be precluded from writing a tehcnical report on Basin. Keep in mind at the time the Basin work was done it was not owned by Dutch.

I have no concerns about the property or Brown. My concern is convertible debt, number of shares outstanding and how more shares can be issued
