you might be right, but probably not. however, the company may say something like " we are cooperating fully with the sec and we expect these issues to be resolved soon". they will try to pass out as much koolaide as possible without breaking the law. they know stuckholders will eat it up. that will give the an opportunity to dump the remaining shares once trading resumes and before the revocation.
