Yet one suggsts owning alot more than the example below? I do see significant filings showing that they do have significant assets. Bauman has impeccable background. Is he and or are the filings fraudulant about the claims in Bouse & South Copperstone, Oatman, etc? Are the legal documents by filed to the SEC by the Co. frauds and or scams like Hunter6110 says they are?
I am seeing inconsistancies or at least an interesting pattern here or am I wrong?

They have bought the property without giving up any assets. They have stock, but own nothing tangible. This is the same as a reverse split. They tell you they are giving you shares of their company that are worth $16.00 and $2.20 per share. Once these stocks hit the open market they will become worth $0.0001 because they are worthless. If you owned $1,000 worth of this stock, it will become worth $.55 cents. It is a fraudulent shell game they are playing. ~GeoInvestor
