I got a followup call from David DEnk yesterday....They have until the end of Feb to file the SW application.

The DEC is prepared to do everything they can to facilitate JBI with their, what the DEC calls a cool new industry..

He told me they would be good to go with 3 processors not 2.

I dont see any problems with this and neither does the DEC.
