HAHA, I just got this alert too. CCEL is gonna have a very hard time getting this to stick. The indepently owned Cyro-Cell de Mexico is in where........MEXICO.

There is absolutely no jurisdiction in the U.S. that would have to power to stop this. CYRO-CELL INTERNATIONAL does not own Cyro-Cell de Mexico. Their is a license agreement between them for the U-Cord marketing and use of the name in Mexico and that is it. LMAO Mercedes Walton is completly desperate and is showing how big of an acquisition this really is for CBAI.
