What are you talking about, the "territories" are disputed territories and the "Palestinians" have their own elections. Would Japanese in the period 1945/52 be allowed to vote in our residential elections? It is not that they have no elections, they have more democratic freedoms than most Arabs in the area. They are just not using these right and are letting few bullies control their lives. When some of them move to try better relations with their neighbors they are summarily executed as "collaborators".
