If it is licensed, it is not yours-even if you dilute and you kill it in a clinical. knock the cover off you have the advantage, you new and old holders get the upside. I think 'THESE PROSPECTIVE' investors want control, somewhat different than Samyang, in calling the shot clinically. May be why Tran left but I don't know that at all.
