In my opinion, beta testing has already begun. I just don't think there's any way NVEI could expect to have a finished product by the fall if they haven't even begun any kind of field testing by now.

On the other hand, if they haven't begun a field test, it's possible they could meet the fall deadline if the testing goes off without ANY problems.

BTW, I like this board EXCEL. Thanks for the invite. I'll try to refrain from bashing although I may have a thing or two to say now and then...L O L. Best regards, Elder.
