The only time you need to front

a Bond in full is when it's a 'Cash' bond.
This is not Cash Bond.
All other bonds require only fractional payment, based on full value. eg. bail bond is 10% of posted bond.

The Bond is no problem.
The problem is their constant inability to understand the Laws requirements. They would rather attempt to prove the Law wrong than to comply with it.
We all know, that will never succeed.

I hope THEY have Finally learned this.
