I don't see how Samyang is going to put up with a huge dilution or with another equity partner. That makes no sense to me at all. CORX may just as well sell the company. It's either a partnership or nothing, if they don't sell. I don't see more dilution helping them much at this point, even for some needed cash (unless it's more from Samyang).
