I'm thinking that since there is (virtually) no volume, but no downward movement on price, the float must be tight. My crystal ball is not telling me the actual float numbers, though (lol). But a non-collapsing Ask is probably a good sign; I'm just starting to get my knowledge up to speed in the pink sheets world.
