Did the DIMEQ stuff on today's agenda get bumped until 01/06/11? I tried following on the WAMUQ board and, from what I read, the court only heard the Hoffman arguments.

In my mind, if this did occur, then it's because of the late-year deposition schedule among other items. Also, perhaps the Judge is waiting to tackle our claims when she rules on the POR.
