Being an investment banker = he/she knows the stock market?

Would an investment banker gets any info out of the company because he/she is an investment banker?

Can an investment banker of the company disclose anything to the public?

Can a company disclose any info to an investment banker not related to the company?

The only thing that sounds right to me is talking about FCCN after the two days drop, BOUNCE, finally something that's related to the board title at the right time. I have yet to understand why do people post breakout stocks, DD, etc on this board. Can it bounce? I don't know, but I won't touch this stock.
