At least, we had 2 PRs in November about new telecom licenses and revenue. Viper website is also updated for these PRs. It means, not everything is bad.

I think, only bad part is 'not much movement in volume and PPS of VPER shares' in last few months. Investors are not getting much attention to this stock. Viper management needs to do something about it.
