Arabs with Israeli citizenship are voting and are represented in the Knesset. "Palestinian Arabs" are not Israeli citizen why should they vote for the Knesset, they vote in their own elections (they never did under Arab control mind you) for their own bodies (municipalities and their own Parliament. Any problem with that? Do Saudi Arab vote?
