Yeah I noticed the gap closing, but it actually closed it before this week. Level II just looks like there is not enough buyers to keep it moving up on most any day, but as you probably know Merq dances to it's own music sometimes totally going opposite of the market for the day for unknown reasons. Maybe it was options related yesterday since it did close near the max pain.

I don't remember the conversion ratio, but I am thinking that it was somewhere in the 50's????

I see that it's accounted for in their diluted share accounting.

In any case, the stock has grown into it's valuation.

Market willing...... after the next earnings report it breaks from the range it's been in to the upside.
