DLNY/VERT are the interchangeable diluters here. FYI, you cant ever sell on the ask either. It trades on a grey market. Theres a few things I know to start... I promise, you will not trade a stock like this... maybe you have and I dont know it, but before trading ATIG my transactions went through on the bid or ask (if there was pressure). They wont take you out on the 'ask' til it becomes the bid. I dont even know how to make sense of that statement... also, they cant ISSUE below .001, but can sell for a loss if they want to... they can sell, cant issue below...
