Hey guy, we all are frustrated to some extreme but I think your getting yourself worked up to much. I personally was involved with a private company that was being bought out by a public company and confidentiality clauses amoung other things do exist. IMO, Kuni is gagged. And gagging is GOOD in several ways. I do agree with you about the original closing date in August, he should never have said that, it was a slip of the mind. Kuni will come through, he wouldn't of put out the PR's (plural) if it was not because if our shares are worth zip, his are worth zip and he has bills to pay also.
