OK, but I think you might be giving credit where credit's not due.
After all, on November 16th we saw this PR:
"Cascadia Investments, Inc. Announces Review of Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners List".
And then, on December 9th we saw:
"Cascadia Investments, Inc. Receives Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners List"
Yet it isn't until today, Decmber 16th, that we see:
"Cascadia Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CDIV) announced today that it is in possession of the Objecting Beneficial List (OBO) list prepared by Broadridge Investor Communications."
So, while you say "I THINK they'd have had the sense to order the OBO FOR the same day as the NOBO...", I'm not convinced that they even had the sense at the time to order the OBO ON the same day as the NOBO.
If you check the history of certain parties who shall remain nameless you will find that the template for this charade was in the form of PR's announcing the ordering of a NOBO only.
