I think Brad S. said it best.

Actually, according to the TA there's 65,325,500 shares in the float, every share of which by definition is held by someone. I'm not sure why people think there can be some float shares out there in space not being held by anyone. Every share of every float in every stock IS held by someone. So I guess we could say that every stock is an FLD, huh?
