This one has been wrapped in litigation over a huge mineral deposite in New Foundland and the ruling is due by years end and given a 30 day window of appeal that would put safe investing end of January. This one of the largest mineral finds in North America, the Canstar Resources website has more details but I fully expect it to see a $1.00 within a year.
