ROFL! A recipe for an increased sentence! The initial plea agreement is conditioned upon telling all information - and truthfully. You simply cannot blackmail the Government that way

Black mail? Are you serious?

Telling all information has nothing at all to do with information outside of this case.

The government is more than happy if you have any information to give on other possible criminal cases out there.

You obviously don't know how the system works.

Information that helps the government prosecute others = reduced sentence.

Matt was in a position to notice all kinds of scams going on the hub and my bet was approached by many parties.

No matter if he participated or not if he has the knowledge for more of the same such crimes he was busted for.

If he has info the ears of many agency's are wide open.

Info given many times opens up cases they might have suspected but never had a chance to go after due to lack of probable cause.

If Matt provides that cause or points them to other potential cases they never knew about......... cooperation = reduced sentence.

There is nothing there involved that is blackmail.
That is how the system works.
