From the PR it looks like Summit will be a separate company,but the closing for the Tampa bay office building is not set.Which at this time means Summit isn't really worth anything.That's why I think there has been no X-Date set.X-Date meaning actual distribution of the dividend.I have read some theories on when everything will be completed,but I think those dates have passed us by.
