I agree and that's what is taking time right now. If you installed the spray-on cells in your home, you would need to wait at least 30 days for your next electric bill to calculate the savings, but then that month might have been cloudy or overcast for several days so you would need another month to calculate an average savings.

They should be testing it here in AZ where the sun shines almost every day and currently 67 degrees at 11:15 AM.
