FCCN put in its top yesterday over .20, note the massive volume on a large down day and the RSI(14) spanking through 50 to the downside... classic OTC BB pump and dump scheme... after all, it's almost as if all those shares came out of nowhere, printed and sold into the pump and dump (imo)...
