How would this DAA compare with another class partnering with a dual nuke combo?

Will a single nuke+PI+NS5A be equivalent to a dual nuke combo+PI+NS5A in terms of efficacy, safety, and resistance profile? I think it's way too early to say. Will the dual nuke combo allow either a PI or NS5A to be eliminated from the regimen? We'll have to let these and many other questions be played out in the clinic.
