Closing date of acquisition.
People should not expect the closing date of the acquisition to be exactly on March 21 (60 days from the PR in January). The recently filed financials for 2004 state the closing will be on or before March 31. As quoted in the financials:
"Also in January 2005 the Company announced execution of a purchase agreement to acquire an additional used vehicle dealership. Neither the name nor the location has been disclosed as of this date. This latest acquisition is scheduled to close on or before March 31, 2005."
"Currently therefore the Company operates three used vehicle dealerships in Arizona and operates its wholly-owned subsidiary, Navicom, Inc. which distributes and programs GPS-based mobile locating units. Acquisition of the fourth dealership is scheduled to close on or before March 31, 2005."
We're getting real close, but lets be patient folks.
