The board is a joke really. The CEO is a top shelf crook just looking on the top layer of this company.
I'd like to see some DD on this guy from the past....I haven't even gone there yet.
This would of fell into the abyss until GBOED exploded last week.

I wouldn't be to proud to be pumping a company like this. I dont care how much money you make, these guys will screw u tomorrow and they probably will soon when the hype finally dies on these scam D's.....they screwed people just the other day but I guess people have really really reallly reallly short term memories.

We seem to forget 13 billion shares dumped in two years....7 million in 4 months a 125-1 RS a whoooooooooooooping 100 billion AS....what kind of CEO would even think to use a number like that in a public document. Pretty scary guy this CEO.
He's a real scammer....I bet he is part of the other company in one way or another trying to cover up his tracks by merging out of these filings he has left in his wake....
Merger or not it will be done to hide this scam and another one will begin.
