I don't see what some of the "DD" info has anything to do with why people believe this stock should explode. As a response to the points in the DD:
1) + 2), sure this is probably the most suspect of the points, and is the reason why most of us are holding on.
3) What does "unidentifiable" even mean? Might not mean anything.
4) What does filing an amendment have anything to do with it. The only issue is the authorized shares amount, which, if not changed, doesn't need to be filed with the state of Nevada. There is no law that requires the number of authorized shares to change upon a reverse split (although there are a number of AoIs that require a shareholder vote if the ratio between outstanding shares and authorized shares diverge...but I don't think this is the issue here).
5) The E*Trade point seems speculative, and E*Trade has since allowed e-selling since this morning.
6) + 7) + 8) So? Who's going to enforce anything? I don't even know how they're counting the shares. And have they distributed their last dividend? If not, then this dividend is moot. And if the company still has 4B shares authorized, they can screw you over by just dealing directly with the MMs with a slight premium.
9) I think the shares have been converted already? So this point isn't valid either?
Anyway, everyone is hinging on the opinion that it's too weird where 4X (or 40X, if you believe the 4.8M figure) the amount of outstanding shares is being traded every day. There may be some truth to the underlying screwup and we're in for a big ride up.
But it may also be true that we're all just holding on to crap that aren't even worth the paper it's printed on.
