Got a response from Larocco on the document...at least now we know you weren't bashing for lower prices ;).

That document is a fake. To see the correct information you would have to order a copy from the New York Secretary of State's office. I have called Investorshub in the past and they are less than cooperative, basically saying it is a "free speech" site. There is no way I can control what someone posts on a website without constant litigation.
If whoever is behind this continues it could amount to criminal charges from several different governmental and regulatory authorities. If you know who is behind it please instruct them to stop.
