DIMEQ Equity Payout

Ladies and Gents,
There is often discussion of a recovery in shares for DIMEQ. As much as I would love that so my dollars can continue to compound with the govt taking it's piece I just don't see how that will happen. My understanding is that WAMU is a defunct entity and no creditor will recieve reorganized equity. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I will gladly take $3 x Xshares of JPM though.
