If that is the case then why doesn't the FDIC come forth and get this deal done so this potential nuclear bomb doesn't explode. It will be cheaper fiscally and jail time wise as well. They have a ton of money from various resources(i.e. congressional funding)that hasn't been used yet. If they truly want this Grand Theft to go away then it is time to cough up because they have got to know that we are not going away.
