Well... from a human stand point yes it will make an impact but she can't use it as a bases. Just like if you file a lawsuit against someone and the judge knows the statue of limitations is out he can't dismissed the case unless the defense brings it up she needs the docs unsealed to make that ruling based on the docs. Here is my opinion if there is damming info this will be settled before this info is ever unsealed.
